Over 91% of their students go on to further education or employment – way above the national average for PRUs. The team has built a really supportive environment, with 24/7 supervision, a rewards-based system, and strong pathways back into mainstream schools.

It was great to see how much thought goes into making sure no student falls through the cracks. I also heard about some of the challenges they’re facing, especially around funding and the growing number of referrals.
