The most lovely afternoon visiting St Malachy’s Catholic Primary School Halifax today to thank all the students for taking part in my Christmas card competition and present them with a certificate. Violet, the winner of my competition, and runners-up Lennox, Ruby and Leonie, were all awarded with a House of Commons themed prize too.
I was amazed at the creativity on display at St Malachy’s and it was an incredibly hard choice, with students from every KS2 year submitting beautiful festive designs.
I can’t wait to share the students’ talents when I post my Christmas card with the winning designs on to residents, businesses, the Prime Minister and even the King!
