I am delighted that, after writing to the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care about the vital impact of mental health services in Halifax, I have secured £242,400 for Noah’s Ark Centre to expand their community-based Early Support Hubs.

These hubs provide open-access mental health and wellbeing support, and this new funding will help make a difference to the lives of young people across Halifax.

I am proud to be part of a Government that is prioritising young people’s wellbeing—ensuring they get the support they need and deserve through better access to local services that truly understand their communities.
